| Following and arranging the calendars of the director | Organizing meetings of the management team, making reservations and coordination | Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports | Role playing as the translator (from English/Turkish to Farsi and vice versa) | Fallow up the operational and administration works of the director and responsible of filing the important document | The telephone, mail and e-mail of the director. Fallow up and providing the necessary data and reports from relevant persons | Coordination of the communication between the director and other people | Providing administrative support to keep the office running efficiently | Bachelor’s degree | Minimum 2 years of experience | Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills and proactive problem solver | Fluent in English & Istanbul Turkish | Strong time-management skills and being cautious about deadlines | Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail | Successful in human relations, strong communication skills & sense of responsibility | Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) | Able to work flexible hours | Smiling, positive, dynamic, presentable
