شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented Mobile Technical Lead to set the technical vision and guide a team of engineers to develop robust, scalable and highly performant frontend applications.

Product: Mobile Application Platform

Salary: 1900 Euro

Start date: asap

Number of open vacancies: 1

Preferred scale of work: full-time (flexible working hours), 100% remote, 8 hours/day and 18 days/month

Your main responsibilities

Share the technical vision, processes and standards
Be the technical reference for the team
Coach, help and do pair programming when necessary
Onboard new squad members
Collaborate with engineering heads, operations, architecture and quality assurance members
Identify and mitigate technical risks
Identify and manage technical debt
Reduce cycle time, costs, errors by using automation as often as possible
Ensure effective delivery (inspect and adapt)
Prioritize technical tasks

Job requirements

Required

Strong knowledge of:

iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) development
JavaScript
iOS and/or Android build tools (eg. xcodebuild, Fastlane, CocoaPods, Gradle, Maven Central, Firebase)
Mobile security best practices & usage of encryption on mobile with KeyStore and/or KeyChain
Software development fundamentals and knowledge of architecture patterns & security concepts

Would be a plus

Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker, Git
Bash, Groovy, Python, JavaScript
TypeScript, React, npm, lerna
Experience with Jira, BitBucket, Confluence
Passionate about coaching and leading other engineers
Knowledge of the German language

Onboarding supports:

You can sign a contract with our department in Turkey and also get a residence permit for Turkey.

Before settling in Turkey, you will be supported by us for 3 months.
