Responsibilities and required skills
Building long-term relationship with past and potential candidates;
Creating offer packages and ensure the testing and background check requirements are completed for every selected candidate;
Researching and analyzing current systems; making recommendations to improve workflow and developing new staffing processes (i.e. New sourcing methods, evaluation tools, advertising strategies);
And all HR routinlies such as, Staffing, Payrolls, Employees opertations and aministrative activities.

Requirement Skills and Technical Competencies
+3 years of experience in IT-Recruitment or similar HR roles;
Ability to multi-task; be flexible and manage to change priorities effectively;
Familiar with techniques to win passive candidates and closing strategies;
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks;
Fluent in English;
Good time-management skills;
Good written and verbal communications skill;
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally;
Knowledge of sourcing and talent attraction methods;
Strategic Planning;
Think creatively and approach to issues systematically;
