Managing the meeting rooms includes giving access to new staff to book the rooms
- Admin Help Desk
Staff can refer to them for any question, support need or issue in the office and dormitories. Help desk will refer the issue to the responsible person and follow the case until it is done.
- Utility Bills
All utility bills of the office, dormitories and warehouse should be followed regularly to be paid on time. Also, entering the data of all bills in excel files and making a report of counter numbers monthly.
- Stationery Supply
There is at least one stationery desk in every floor that should be checked daily by the secretaries to be tidy and charged. Every two weeks all the desk materials have to be counted and the request of needed Items be sent to the warehouse
- Support staff and other departments
Including writing CD applying bank cards for foreign staff, cooperate with HR and Finance Dep.
- Arranging meetings
Secretaries have the responsibility of handling the meetings with customers and visitors
- Consumption Reports
Keeping track and report the consumable materials such as mineral water and coffee powders etc
- Managing office areas
On daily basis, secretaries should check their allocated floors for any cleaning, maintenance, printer issues and follow the problems with the owners.
