Product Manager is tasked with overseeing the development and enhancement of a company’s online store. This role requires a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape, including market trends, consumer behavior, and technology innovations. A successful candidate should have experience in product strategy, user experience design, analytics, and marketing. Above all, an Ecommerce Product Manager should possess a passion for delivering outstanding digital experiences that drive business growth.

responsibilities

Develop and implement an ecommerce product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of ecommerce products.
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch optimization.
Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource availability.
Monitor and analyze ecommerce product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to make informed decisions about product strategy and development.
Stay up-to-date on ecommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and development.
Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure that customer inquiries and issues related to ecommerce products are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

3 years of ecommerce product management experience
Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth
Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmap
Experience with A/B testing and optimization
Deep understanding of customer behavior and needs
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
