شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Campaign Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet business objectives

responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and targets
Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI
Create and oversee marketing strategies, including email, social media, and content marketing
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging
Identify and target key audiences to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
Track and report on KPIs and metrics to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive results and achieve goals

Requirements

3 years in campaign management
Proven success in developing ROI-positive campaigns
Experience in managing large budgets
Ability to create and manage project timelines
Understanding of campaign performance metrics
Experience with market research and data analysis
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with advertising regulations and compliance
