Job Description
We are looking for a AI Workflow Developer with experience in AI tools, workflow automation, dashboard design, and smart business process solutions.

This position is mainly project-based. The selected candidate will work on specific projects related to AI-powered dashboards, automation workflows, AI Agents, n8n integrations, and internal business process optimization.

The main goal of this role is to help the company automate repetitive tasks, connect different platforms and systems, create management dashboards, and build practical AI-based tools for daily business operations.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI-powered management dashboards for different business processes.
• Build and manage AI Agents to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
• Work with n8n and similar automation tools to connect different platforms and systems.
• Integrate websites, forms, databases, dashboards, CRM systems, email, and communication tools into smart automated workflows.
• Use AI tools to summarize content, generate reports, create PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, images, and videos.
• Analyze current business processes and suggest AI-based solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
• Create automation workflows for reporting, data collection, task management, and internal operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to understand project requirements and deliver practical digital solutions.
• Build scalable and efficient automation systems based on the scope of each project.
• Test, improve, and maintain automation flows and dashboard systems after implementation.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in IT, automation, dashboard development, AI tools, or related projects.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, AI Agents, generative AI, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation platforms.
• Experience in API integration and connecting different platforms.
• Ability to design dashboards and management reports.
• Good knowledge of data visualization and business reporting.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
• Good command of English for communication and teamwork.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and open to learning new technologies.
• Ability to understand business needs and turn them into practical digital solutions.
