We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities:

Lead design projects from conception through launch, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to ensure effective, innovative, user-centred solutions are brought to market.
Create, maintain, and expand the design system to ensure product consistency, focusing on usability and accessibility.
Modify and refine designs, including wireframes, GUI, user flows, journey maps, and low-fidelity mockups for responsive web applications based on changing customer preferences and insights from user research and data analysis.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to define product direction and strategy, focusing on developing simple solutions for complex workflows, thereby directly influencing the product's success and user satisfaction.
Observe user behaviour to identify opportunities for UX improvements and create prototypes for testing and validation.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in digital product design.
Having Background on Fintech or Social apps.
Experience acrss diverse industries.
Strong proficiency in using design and prototyping software (Figma ...) and a component-first mindset in design to efficiently create and iterate on design solutions.
Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Solid understanding of front-end development practices and the technical constraints affecting design on web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively across multidisciplinary teams to define, shape, and execute design strategies.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to create scalable design solutions that ensure product consistency and usability.
Familiarity with UX research.

Having Portfolio in Resume file or Dribbble/Behance link in Resume file is necessary.

در حوزه منابع انسانی فعالیت داریم. الگو و نمادمان پنگوئن است که نشانه‌های زیادی از پنگوئن را حتی در لوگوی خودمان می‌توانید پیدا کنید .

پنگوئن ها پرندگانی هستند که سهم آسمان بودند و درگذر زمان ، زمین پناهی برای زیست آن ها شد. بال هایشان تبدیل به باله شد و مانند انسان روی دوپا راه رفتند. آنها کلیشه‌های ذهنی پرواز برای پرنده را از بین بردند و برای همین نماد تحول اند. "برخلاف آب شنا کردن" مهارت و توانمندی می‌خواهد و پنگوئن که از سریع ترین گونه شناکنندگان هم هست بهتر از بقیه جانداران می‌تواند از پس این کار برآید. به گمان ما پنگوئن نماد درستی برای پرانتز است .برای ما که می‌خواهیم کلیشه های منابع انسانی را تغییر دهیم.. می‌خواهیم پرانتز پنگوئن نماد "تحول "باشد. در حوزه ی منابع انسانی. می‌خواهیم صدای "آب از آهن جدا کردنمان" به گوش خیلی‌ها برسد
