شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design and maintenance of a robust and scalable infrastructure, using industry-standard technologies like Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform. Your expertise will drive performance, cost efficiency, and security while fostering collaboration with development teams and mentorship within the team. From managing DNS services to enhancing CI/CD pipelines, your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will be key to our continuous innovation and growth. 




Responsibilities:



  • Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure on top of AWS and Kubernetes. 
  • Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks across cloud and DevOps workflows. 
  • CI/CD & Automation: Enhance and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments using GitOps methodologies with ArgoCD. 
  • Monitoring & Observability: Utilize Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to monitor system health, detect anomalies, and optimize performance. 
  • Networking & Load Balancing: Oversee DNS, service mesh (Linkerd), and CDN (CloudFront and Cloudflare) for optimal traffic management and reliability. 
  • Scaling & Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement scaling strategies using auto-scaling and load balancing. 
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize infrastructure spending while maintaining performance and security standards. 
  • Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Act as an escalation point for incidents, ensuring rapid response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation. This includes participating in the on-call rotations and ensuring 24-hour incident response coverage across different time zones. 
What You Bring to the Team:



  • Hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
  • Expertise in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, SQS, SNS, OpenSearch, and CloudFront. 
  • Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, and service mesh implementations like Linkerd. 
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools. 
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps methodologies, with hands-on experience using GitLab Runner and ArgoCD. 
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and CloudWatch. 
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and network security in cloud environments. 
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or Go). 
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues efficiently.
