Hey there, software wizard! Are you the kind of developer who sees beyond just writing code? Responsibilities:

● Build and ship AI-driven features end-to-end (front-end, back-end, wherever needed).

● Navigate trade-offs between speed, quality, and maintainability like a pro.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with product thinkers and builders.

● Work with tools like Supabase, GraphQL, and TanStack to ship fast.

● Implement and maintain full TypeScript type safety throughout the stack.

● Push the boundaries of LLMs, RAG, multi-modal agents, and AI-first architecture.

What You Bring to the Team:

We believe the best tech stack is the one that helps us ship the fastest, most high-quality

software possible. Yes, there are trade-offs, but we don't want to sacrifice one for the other.

● Supabase: If you can help us avoid reinventing the wheel, that's a win.

● Deep PostgreSQL knowledge is a big plus (because let's be real, Postgres is the best DB out there).

● GraphQL: We love it, and we hope you do too.

● Front-End: If you were once a Remix user, now fallen in love with TanStack, and have a deep disdain for Next.js, you're our kind of person.

● Type Safety: If you don't know who Matt Pocock is, we might be living in different worlds.

در حوزه منابع انسانی فعالیت داریم. الگو و نمادمان پنگوئن است که نشانه‌های زیادی از پنگوئن را حتی در لوگوی خودمان می‌توانید پیدا کنید .

پنگوئن ها پرندگانی هستند که سهم آسمان بودند و درگذر زمان ، زمین پناهی برای زیست آن ها شد. بال هایشان تبدیل به باله شد و مانند انسان روی دوپا راه رفتند. آنها کلیشه‌های ذهنی پرواز برای پرنده را از بین بردند و برای همین نماد تحول اند. "برخلاف آب شنا کردن" مهارت و توانمندی می‌خواهد و پنگوئن که از سریع ترین گونه شناکنندگان هم هست بهتر از بقیه جانداران می‌تواند از پس این کار برآید. به گمان ما پنگوئن نماد درستی برای پرانتز است .برای ما که می‌خواهیم کلیشه های منابع انسانی را تغییر دهیم.. می‌خواهیم پرانتز پنگوئن نماد "تحول "باشد. در حوزه ی منابع انسانی. می‌خواهیم صدای "آب از آهن جدا کردنمان" به گوش خیلی‌ها برسد
