About the Job

It's a remote job and your working hours are according to the UK working hour calendar (Saturday and Sunday you are off). You use your product management knowledge and user experience expertise to lead the development and optimization of our application and storytelling device designed for children aged 1 to 10. We're passionate about delivering immersive audio experiences that educate, entertain, and strengthen family bonds. As a pivotal player in our team, you'll ensure our application and toy remain innovative, user-friendly, and committed to fostering creativity and connections in young families.


Requirements:

  • Expert in Project Management (experience in working with ClickUp is a plus)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Computer Science)
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology sector
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2) is a must
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools - SQL
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A genuine passion for educating children and a keen interest in the child toy, education, entertainment, and storytelling industries

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with the company's mission and goals.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide the engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features, while managing priorities and trade-offs.
  • Drive product launches, including planning, coordination, and execution of go-to-market strategies, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on existing products.
