As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, leveraging your expertise in campaign management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be working with different teams across the glob and your English proficiency is a Must. You will be working with a London based start-up.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee campaign performance, making data-backed decisions to optimize CPI, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
Utilize KPIs, CAC, and CLV metrics to measure and report performance.
Create and share posts according to content calendar and design mock ups.
Recommend strategies to improve the quality and ROI of online advertising.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets and achieving target conversion rates.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools, including but not limited to GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, including negotiation and collaboration with influencers.
Strong familiarity with email marketing, SEO, SEM, and ASO strategies.
Outstanding analytical abilities and data-driven approach.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Expertise in presentation and reporting.
Experience in managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit is a plus.
