Responsibilities:

Written and Video Content Creation: Craft compelling and engaging social media content (Posts, Reels, Stories, Blogs) in English that aligns with our brand's voice and resonates with our target audience. Develop a content calendar, produce creative visuals, and write persuasive copy that drives user engagement and conversions.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the digital services industry trends (Consulting, Marketing, Technology, Business, Startups) and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms in English, including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Plan and schedule posts, respond to comments, and proactively engage with followers to foster a vibrant online community.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key engagement metrics for SEO and social media campaigns. Provide regular performance reports and insights, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent digital experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in using design and editing tools for creating visual content (e.g: Adobe Suite, Canva)
Strong proficiency in crafting engaging social media content and managing social media platforms.
Proficiency in using AI tools for visual and written content creation.,
Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent English writing and reading skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools (e.g. Google Search Console, SEMrush)
Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Prior experience in a digital agency or technology sector is advantageous.
