Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote (Headquarters: UAE)

Job Type: Full-time (Minimum 35 hours per week)

Compensation: Starting from $14 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview

Palete Design House is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. This remote position is ideal for a skilled design professional passionate about creating top-notch user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the design vision for our projects, from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of product design, a proven track record in UI/UX, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Candidates must have a solid portfolio and submit it as part of the application.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to craft user-centered design solutions.
Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our design approach innovative and competitive.
Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Product Design or UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and skills.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Design Principles: Deep understanding of product design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design.
Adaptability: Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
