Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Architect (Interior and Exterior Designer) to join our dynamic team. This remote position requires a creative and skilled professional who excels in architectural design for both interiors and exteriors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, proficiency with industry-standard software, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop: Create innovative architectural solutions for interior and exterior projects across various sectors.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, Vantage, Lumion, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce detailed models, renderings, and presentations.
  • Documentation: Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models, technical drawings, and detailed plans.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in architectural design, focusing on both interior and exterior projects.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in 3D MAX, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, Vantage, Lumion, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Design Principles: Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction methodologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your architectural design expertise, including source files (actual resources) for verification.
