Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Company: Palete Design House

Location: Remote (Headquarters: UAE)

Job Type: Full-time (Minimum 35 hours per week)

Compensation: Starting from $14 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview:

Palete Design House is on the hunt for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our creative team. This is a remote position, ideal for a design professional with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of our projects, from initial concepts to final delivery. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of product design, have a proven track record in UI/UX design, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design processes, from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to develop innovative and user-centered design solutions.
Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our design approach fresh and competitive.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Deep understanding of product design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design.
Experience working in an agile development environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
