شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a creative and motivated Game Designer to join our team at Paeezan Game Studio. The Game Designer will work with other team members to develop the project.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in video game production or related experience
- Understanding game design principles and systems
- Knowledge of F2P concepts and revenue-generating systems in these games
- Ability to interact constructively with other team members using document design
- Knowledge of mathematics, statistics and F2P game economies
- Ability to work with spreadsheet tools such as Excel
- Familiarity with hero-based games and mechanics
- Understanding of UI/UX concepts

Responsibilities:

- Ideation and creation of new game play, concepts, and mechanisms
- Design of new systems and features for the game
- Improvement of existing game systems and mechanics
- Monthly character balancing and game economy analysis
- Ideation and execution of in-game events based on important events
- Planning the game's progression and roadmap with the project manager

The following skills are an advantage:

- Being familiar with Paeezan Game Studio games, especially "Mafioso"
- Experience with LiveOps and experience directing LiveOps for a Live game
- Experience working on a Live mobile game
- Knowledge of Unity game engine and programming experience in C#
- Familiarity with Python programming language
- Being familiar with Google Apps Script
Work hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 9 to 5 pm on-site with flexible hours
Location: Seyyed Khandan area, Tehran, Iran

ما در سال 1393 با نام پاییزان کار خود را در حوزه بازی‌سازی موبایل آغاز کردیم و همیشه در تلاش بوده‌ایم تا محصولاتی با کیفیت جهانی تولید و عرضه کنیم. در سال‌های اخیر، فعالیت‌هایمان را به داخل کشور محدود نکردیم. از جمله این فعالیت‌ها می‌توان به تولید و عرضه بازی‌های «پسرخوانده»، «باغ نگار»، «آشپزشو»، «بهاران»، «آوانگارد» و «ناوکرفت» اشاره کرد. همچنین همکاری‌های بین‌المللی ما با ناشران جهانی برای انتشار بازی پسرخوانده نمونه خوبی از صادرات محصولات فرهنگی ایرانی به خارج از کشور است. پس از موفقیت بازی «پسرخوانده» در نشر جهانی، بازی «باغ نگار» نیز در آمریکای شمالی و اروپا منتشر و به موفقیت خوبی دست یافت. ما در استودیو بازی‌سازی پاییزان تلاش می کنیم محیطی گرم، صمیمی و پویا فراهم کنیم و با حفظ روحیه همکاری و فعالیت گروهی به دنبال ساخت بازی‌های موفق‌تر هستیم.
