We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving growth and engaging audiences to join our innovative team at OTO. In this vital role, you will lead our digital marketing efforts, crafting and executing strategic campaigns across various digital channels to promote. Your expertise will drive the creation of compelling and effective marketing initiatives, directly contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

Lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing, aligning with OTO business objectives and target audience.
Develop and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve OTO organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic to the platform, and enhance user acquisition.
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media, maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Craft and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to our platform, managing our presence across relevant platforms.
Contribute a content marketing strategy, creating compelling and educational content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) that attracts and retains users, positioning OTO as an industry leader.
Designed and executed email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain existing customers, and drive conversions, leveraging targeted messaging and optimized subject lines.
Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversions, engagement rates, and ROI, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

Minimum of +3 years of experience in digital marketing.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc).
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proven track record of successfully executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
