شرح موقعیت شغلی

This is a remote position.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Supply Side Manager to oversee the supply side of our platform. This individual will be responsible for managing teacher relationships, balancing supply and demand, and ensuring an excellent interviewing process for new candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Teacher Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our teachers, ensuring their needs are met.
Supply-Demand Balance: Monitor and analyze supply and demand trends to ensure optimal teacher availability.
Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews for new teacher candidates, potentially involving current teachers in the process.
Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve teacher retention and satisfaction.
Professional Development: Identify opportunities for teachers’ improvement and encourage participation in training sessions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve platform goals and foster a supportive community among teachers.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in account management, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passion for education and supporting teachers.

This is a remote position.
