Job Title: Senior .NET Developer

SabaTech | Where Technology Shapes the Future of Social Protection Systems

Job Purpose

At SabaTech, back-end systems are not just technical foundations

They are the invisible infrastructure of trust, reliability, and scale behind critical financial and social platforms

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will take ownership of designing and evolving robust, scalable, and production-grade systems that power long-living digital products in the domains of FinTech, Pension System and Social Protection.

This role goes beyond implementation.

It’s about architectural thinking, technical stewardship, and setting standards for sustainable software in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, Develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern .NET technologies

·        Take ownership of back-end technical decisions and contribute to system and solution architecture

·        Ensure high code quality through clean code practices, reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement

·        Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions

·        Mentor junior developers and contribute to growing engineering maturity within the team

·        Improving existing system through optimization, refactoring, and architectural enhancements

·        Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to improving development processes

Qualifications & Experience

·        At least 3 years of experience as .NET Developer

·        Strong proficiency in C#

·        In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server

·        Solid understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture principles

·        Familiarity with front-end technologies and how they integrate with back-end services

·        Experience working with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git

·        Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

·        Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team environments

·        Strong communication skills and a constructive, solution-oriented mindset

·        Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities

·        Sense of ownership and responsibility for system quality and reliability
