Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Purpose

And the Scrum Master is the guardian of that mindset.

The Scrum Master plays a critical role in enabling high-performing product and engineering teams by embedding Agile values, strengthening delivery discipline, and supporting SabaTech’s journey toward a truly product-centric, data-driven, and agile organization.

This role is not about running ceremonies — it’s about removing friction, enabling focus, and helping teams deliver real value in complex, high-impact digital products.

Key Responsibilities

·         Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective, ensuring they drive clarity and outcomes — not just process

·         Champion Agile and Scrum principles within cross-functional teams working on FinTech, WealthTech, and enterprise digital platforms

·         Identify, surface, and remove impediments that impact team flow, delivery speed, or product quality

·         Work closely with Product Managers / Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized, and well-refined Product Backlog

·         Support teams in sprint planning, estimation, and commitment to achievable, value-driven sprint goals

·         Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset, servant leadership, and continuous improvement

·         Foster effective collaboration between engineering, product, design, data, and business stakeholders

·         Monitor and analyze team performance metrics (velocity, predictability, flow, quality signals) and translate them into actionable insights

·         Actively contribute to scaling Agile practices across SabaTech and strengthening organizational agility

Qualifications & Experience

·         Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile-based software development environments

·         Proven hands-on experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in product-oriented or platform-based organizations)

·         Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and Lean thinking

·         Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex domains such as FinTech, Enterprise Systems, or Data-Driven Platforms

·         Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar)

·         Scrum certification is considered a plus

·         Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant-leadership mindset

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate constructive conflict

·         Systems thinking and problem-solving orientation

·         High level of patience, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments

·         Ability to balance delivery discipline with flexibility and continuous learning

·         Comfortable working in organizations undergoing digital and cultural transformation
