Job Purpose

At SabaTech, quality is not a final checkpoint

As a Software Test Engineer (Manual QA), you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are not only functional, but reliable, understandable, and worthy of trust.

This role is not about finding bugs alone.

It’s about seeing the product through the user’s eyes, validating intentions against outcomes, and protecting quality in complex, high-impact digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test scenarios

· Perform functional, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

· Verify software behavior against product requirements, specifications, and expected user flows

· Identify, log, track, and follow up on defects until full resolution

· Collaborate closely with development, product, and design teams through out the delivery lifecycle

· Prepare and maintain test documentation, reports, and quality assessments

· Participate in planning, review, and quality-focused discussions within Agile teams

· Evaluate user experience from a quality, correctness, and consistency perspective

Qualifications & Experience

· 4-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles

· Strong knowledge of manual and functional testing practices

· Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools

· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development environments

· High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility for quality

· Analytical, quality-oriented mindset with the ability to think from the user’s perspective

· Strong documentation skills and structured thinking

· Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams

· Patience, precision, and consistency in complex systems
