Job Description:
Ostadkar is looking for a Backend Developer experienced in working with Data to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities:

Data Integration of different sources

Responsible for the proper log management system for further analysis

Responsible for building out and developing Data Product which has 3 main clients: Ostadkar Products, BI team, and Marketing Automation

This role will personally be responsible for performing Data product.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a team-centric, result-oriented who is determined to make the impossible happen. We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the start-up and/or tech ecosystem who can bring energy, experience, creativity, and perseverance to our Data team. The following lists a few requirements and nice-to-have qualifications

Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams.

Effective project management, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

At least one year of experience in working with data.

Experienced with Python and familiar with other general purposes programming language (e.g., Java, Python). Python preferred.

Experienced designing data models and data warehouses. Experience in SQL and NoSQL database management systems. Postgres in SQL and MongoDB in nosql desirable.

Experienced with Unix/Linux operating systems. Good knowledge of Bash.

Experienced with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP is a plus.

Develop and implement high-quality reliable data pipelines that convert data streams into valuable information using a variety of ETL tools

At least two years of Experienced with back-end development

Experienced with building and consuming APIs

Experienced as a DevOps like build and maintain highly available production systems, provide security and performance in a production environment, experienced in Docker Swarm in a production environment. Experienced with monitoring and alerting tools, Experienced with the maintenance of MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Having experience with a big data framework such as Spark, Hadoop, ... is a plus.
