Ostadkar is looking for a Graphic Designer to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities

Job Description

Extensive experiences with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects

Understanding of design principles and theories, aesthetics, compositions and image making

Demonstrate and promote the team spirit

Take responsibility to ensure on-time delivery of the highest quality product

Manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment

Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas

Ability to absorb and apply constructive feedback from peers and colleagues

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a team-centric, result-oriented who is determined to make the impossible happen. We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the start-up and/or tech ecosystem who can bring energy, experience, creativity, and perseverance to our marketing team. The following lists a few requirements and nice-to-have qualifications

At least one year of experience in a marketing team

2+ years experience in professional commercial design, preferably with marketing and creative agencies

Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and rapidly changing priorities

Resourceful and well-organized

Team working experience e.g. building timelines, gathering requirements and implementing cross-team projects on-time

Passion, specifically about the learning and execution

Belief in growth as a system, not one-off tactics
