Ostadkar is looking for a Social to fulfill the following roles and Responsibilities

Creates and manages an overall social strategy that supports company goals, drives brand awareness, and builds our digital community.

Support social media presence across multiple platforms, including generating social media content

Collaborate with social, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistency and brand integrity between visual and written creative

Approve, proof, edit, and create social media plans

Audit, develop, engage, measure social media content

Engages daily with our community - answering questions, continuing the conversation, and sharing our communities content.

Staying up to date within the influencer and social media spac

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is an team-centric, result-oriented who is determined to make the impossible happen. We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the start-up and / or tech ecosystem who can bring energy, experience, creativity, and perseverance to our marketing team. The following lists a few requirements and nice-to-have qualifications

At least one year of experience in a marketing team

Comfortable with fast-paced environment and rapidly changing priorities. Resourceful and well-organized

Understanding relevant tools and experience in promotional content

Create content including graphic design for social media presence is a benefit

Team working experience e.g. building timelines, gathering requirements and implementing cross-team projects on-time

Passion, specifically about the learning and execution

Belief in growth as a system, not one-off tactics
