Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it remains clear and up-to-date for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager to align with business objectives.
• Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, break down tasks, and provide detailed requirements for the development process.
• Work alongside the development team daily, offering clarifications and feedback on ongoing tasks.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile practices.
• Continuously update the product backlog based on input from the team, user feedback, and market demands.
• Ensure the timely and effective delivery of product releases, aligned with project milestones and the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and experience managing product backlogs.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Proven ability to stay patient and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment.
• Strong capability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
