شرح موقعیت شغلی

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a hands-on lead to support a distributed team of frontend engineers
  • Contribute to all aspects of the software process: including Architecture, specification reviews, automated testing, implementation, code reviews, debugging, and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental team leads and stakeholders in order to drive the engineering roadmap and priorities for your team
  • Communicate with dependencies and stakeholders across the company
  • Mentor and coach frontend developers to facilitate growth and career advancement
  • Lead technical discussions within the engineering team to ensure a high level of excellence, performance, and stability within our software
  • Encourage strong coding best practices, guidelines, and standards throughout the team
  • Assist with hiring and interviewing, including reviewing code challenges


What you have:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience building high-performing, architecturally complex products
  • Proficient in HTML,CSS, JavaScript /TypeScript (ES6)
  • Mastery of Angular
  • Experience in debugging and profiling applications and improving their efficiency, scalability, and stability
  • Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
  • Experience with test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest)
  • Familiar with PWA and its concepts (Service workers, App Shell, etc.)
  • Experience in Reactive Programming (RxJS)
  • Experience in Optimization techniques in Front-end development
  • Stay up-to-date on cutting-edge and emerging Front-end technologies
  • Highly creative and able to give new ideas
  • The ability of time management and on-time task delivery
  • Fast learner with new technologies and the ability to rapidly implement them
  • The ability to documentation and Design workflows
  • A collaborative approach to working with other teams
  • Ability to lead by example
  • A thoughtful approach to leading and mentoring other engineers
  • Proactive and effective communication style
  • A solid contributor to the maintenance of a fantastic and transparent culture
 

Special consideration for:

  • Experience working for an early-stage startup
  • Good understanding of Back-end development
  • Bachelors/ Master's degree in Computer science, Software engineering, or related topics
