شرح موقعیت شغلی

We seek a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistics, a passion for solving complex logistics challenges, and a key role in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions that optimize fleet management, improve operational efficiency, and drive business value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy statistical and machine learning models.
  • Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP) solutions.
  • Research the application of new theories, techniques, and technologies.
  • Evaluate and refine machine learning models to improve performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders, to align data science initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations that drive decision-making.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and tools (e.g., Hazm, NLTK, Hugging Face).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Knowledge of optimization algorithms and techniques.
