In order to expand its activities, Optime needs a Senior human resources expert in its team.

:Responsibilities

• Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.

• Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.

• Taking part in interviews, assisting with recruitment, recruiting, and vetting potential new employees.

• Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their requirements.

• Processing various administrative tasks and accurately completing and processing paperwork.

• Collaborating with staff to make clear HR policies, practices, and procedures.

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources and labor relations strategies including policies, programs, and procedures to address an organization's human resource requirements

• Advise employer on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation and benefits programs, and collective agreements

• Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the employer, mediate labor disputes and grievances, and provide advice on employee and labor relations

• Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary scales, and competency appraisal measures and systems

• Plan and administer staffing, total compensation, training, career development, employee assistance, employment equity, and affirmative action programs

• Manage programs and maintain human resources information and related records sysms

• Hire and oversee the training of staff

• Coordinate employee performance appraisal programs

• Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.

• Familiar with labor law and social security insurance
