About Four

Four is a personal digital asset wallet that enables users to securely store, transfer, and convert digital assets in a simple and transparent way. The platform supports a universe of 20,000+ tokens, including cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets such as precious metals.
We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to lead backlog ownership, user experience improvements, and overall product evolution for Four’s wallet and token conversion ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Backlog Ownership & Agile Management

Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the Product Backlog based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
Translate high‑level business requirements and crypto‑specific constraints into clear Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and engineering teams during Planning and Refinement sessions
Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a strong balance between delivery speed and product quality

User Experience & Product Optimization

Work closely with the UI/UX team to design smooth, intuitive flows such as:
- Wallet creation & onboarding
- Asset storage and transfers
- Token swaps and exchange aggregation
- Portfolio dashboards and transaction history
Define and track OKRs and KPIs, including:
- Conversion rate across swap flows
- Transaction volume
- User retention and churn
- Liquidity path efficiency
Drive data‑informed decision making using analytics and user feedback

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner (PO) or Product Manager (PM), preferably in:
- Crypto platforms
- Digital wallets
- Exchanges or DeFi products
- Fintech infrastructure
Strong understanding of:
- Blockchain fundamentals
- Token standards
- Wallet architecture
- Exchange APIs and liquidity aggregation
Deep proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong skills in writing User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria
Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
Analytical mindset with experience in defining and measuring product KPIs
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Competitive Advantages

Familiarity with custody models, MPC security, and key‑management systems
Understanding of regulatory trends in digital asset markets

Market & Ecosystem Analysis

Continuously monitor the crypto, DeFi, and digital asset ecosystem
Analyze competitor wallets, exchange aggregators, and emerging blockchain infrastructure
Identify opportunities for new exchange integrations, expanded token coverage, and performance improvements

کیف پول فور به‌صورت خودکار به بیش از ۱۷۰ صرافی متمرکز و غیرمتمرکز معتبر در سطح بین‌المللی و داخلی متصل است. این اتصال باعث می‌شود زمانی که کاربر قصد تبدیل یک توکن به توکن دیگر را دارد، پیشنهادهای مختلف از صرافی‌های گوناگون به‌صورت هم‌زمان نمایش داده شود تا بتواند بهترین قیمت و به‌صرفه‌ترین مسیر تبدیل را انتخاب کند.

امنیت در فور یک اصل اساسی است. این کیف پول با استفاده از فناوری MPC و دو کلید امن طراحی شده است؛ به‌طوری که اختیار هر دو کلید در دست کاربر قرار دارد و تنها خود او به دارایی‌هایش دسترسی دارد. همین موضوع به کاربران امکان می‌دهد بدون محدودیت، دارایی‌های خود را منتقل یا تبدیل کنند.
