شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Implement the company's overall social media strategy
Fully control the social media pages in Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Aparat
Implement social media activities and advertising to drive follower acquisition, engagement, and sentiment growth
Create editorial calendar and follow up to create the content and share it
Run social media campaigns and choose the best channels depending on the campaigns’ goals
Analyze and report the performance of activities and planning to optimize social media campaigns
Measure the effectiveness of content and provide reports on the performance of the content
Manage the outsourcing projects with agencies and influencers
Responding to users on social networks
Preparing reports related to social networks
Monitoring trends in social networks and prepare idea for posts
Mastery of tools related to social networks
Familiarity with marketing principles
Familiarity with the English language
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Identify and leverage emerging trends, tools, and techniques to maximize organic growth
Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and authentically.
Initiate discussions, polls, and other interactive activities to encourage engagement.

Requirements:

More than 2 year of experience in social media management
Demonstrable portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to the ever-changing digital landscape
Familiar with best practices and latest trends
Reporting, administration, communication, and negotiation skills
Being creative, multi-task, team worker, flexible, and able to work under pressure
Well understanding on English language
