Job Description:

As a Business Process Management (BPM) Developer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient and effective business processes within our organization. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining BPM solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and optimize business performance.

Responsibilities:

Business process analysis and optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate existing business processes. Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operations.
BPM system development: Develop and configure BPM solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies. Design process workflows, define business rules, and integrate systems to automate and streamline business processes. Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and applications.
Technical implementation and testing: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and code. Develop and modify BPM applications, forms, and user interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience. Conduct thorough testing to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and adherence to business rules.
Documentation and training: Create comprehensive documentation for developed BPM solutions, including process flows, user guides, and technical documentation. Deliver training sessions to users and stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the BPM system.
Workflow monitoring and optimization: Monitor and analyze process performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for refinement. Implement continuous process improvements by re-evaluating and optimizing workflows.
Collaboration and stakeholder management: Work closely with business units and stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and manage expectations. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of BPM solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in BPM and process automation. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve the BPM development process and enhance system functionalities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BPM Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of BPM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., BPMN, BPEL, RPA).
Proficiency in BPM software and development platforms (e.g., IBM BPM, Pega Systems, Camunda, Appian).
Solid understanding of software development, database concepts, and integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON).
Excellent programming skills (Java, C#, or other relevant languages).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology is a plus.
