Job Description:

As a Dynamic 360 Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative and immersive 360-degree experiences across multiple platforms. Your role will involve designing and developing interactive applications, virtual reality (VR) experiences, and augmented reality (AR) solutions to enhance user engagement and deliver captivating digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

360-degree content development: Create and design interactive 360-degree content and experiences using relevant software and tools. This includes developing immersive VR environments, interactive tours, and AR applications that engage and captivate users.
Platform and device compatibility: Ensure the seamless functioning of 360-degree experiences across various platforms and devices, including desktop, mobile, headsets, and AR-enabled devices. Adapt the content and applications to provide optimal user experiences on each platform.
Coding and development: Write clean and efficient code using programming languages and frameworks necessary for developing 360-degree experiences. Collaborate with designers and content creators to bring their vision to life effectively.
User interface and user experience: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for 360-degree experiences, ensuring ease of navigation and interaction. Strive to create immersive and seamless user experiences that align with industry best practices and target audience preferences.
Quality assurance and testing: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the performance, functionality, and compatibility of 360-degree experiences across different browsers, devices, and platforms. Address any bugs or issues promptly, and work collaboratively with the broader development team during the testing phase.
Innovation and staying updated: Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends in the 360-degree development space. Propose innovative ideas and solutions to enhance user engagement and deliver cutting-edge experiences.
Collaboration and communication: Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and other members of the development team to ensure efficient and seamless execution of projects. Communicate and share progress updates, technical considerations, and best practices.
Documentation and knowledge sharing: Document the development process, guidelines, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing. Provide guidance and support to team members in utilizing and integrating 360-degree experiences into their projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, multimedia, game development, or a related field.
Proven experience as a developer specializing in 360-degree content, VR, or AR applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and relevant frameworks like Unity and Unreal Engine.
Familiarity with 360-degree cameras, image stitching, and video editing tools.
Knowledge of VR and AR platforms, devices, and their associated development kits (e.g., Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Unity AR Foundation).
Strong understanding of user experience principles and interactive design.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Passion for emerging technologies and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
