Position Overview:
The HRM will lead all aspects of human resources management, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will excel in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support our ambitious goals and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company’s mission and values.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that drives engagement and performance.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Identify training and development opportunities to ensure continuous employee growth.
Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and a collaborative workplace.
Provide HR guidance to leadership and managers on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee performance.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a senior HR role, ideally in a tech-driven or high-growth industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing employee data, performance, and reporting.
A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a plus).

کیف پول فور به‌صورت خودکار به بیش از ۱۷۰ صرافی متمرکز و غیرمتمرکز معتبر در سطح بین‌المللی و داخلی متصل است. این اتصال باعث می‌شود زمانی که کاربر قصد تبدیل یک توکن به توکن دیگر را دارد، پیشنهادهای مختلف از صرافی‌های گوناگون به‌صورت هم‌زمان نمایش داده شود تا بتواند بهترین قیمت و به‌صرفه‌ترین مسیر تبدیل را انتخاب کند.

امنیت در فور یک اصل اساسی است. این کیف پول با استفاده از فناوری MPC و دو کلید امن طراحی شده است؛ به‌طوری که اختیار هر دو کلید در دست کاربر قرار دارد و تنها خود او به دارایی‌هایش دسترسی دارد. همین موضوع به کاربران امکان می‌دهد بدون محدودیت، دارایی‌های خود را منتقل یا تبدیل کنند.
