Job Responsibility: Social Media Manager (Instagram and Telegram)

As the Social Media Manager for Oppodax, you will be responsible for managing our presence on Instagram and Telegram platforms. Your primary focus will be to drive engagement, build a strong community, and promote our brand effectively. Here is an outline of your job responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy and Planning:

Develop a comprehensive content strategy for Instagram and Telegram, aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Plan and create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, to captivate our target audience.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual branding across platforms.
Research industry trends, stay updated with the latest news in the crypto world, and incorporate relevant topics into your content strategy.

2. Community Management:

Monitor and actively engage with the community on Instagram and Telegram by responding to comments, messages, and discussions in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive relationships with users, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback, and maintaining a friendly and supportive atmosphere within the community.
Facilitate user-generated content by encouraging participation, running contests or giveaways, and recognizing and featuring outstanding contributions from our community members.

3. Growth and Engagement:

Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our follower base and increase engagement on Instagram and Telegram.
Collaborate with influencers, industry experts, and partners to leverage their reach and enhance our brand exposure.
Analyze and leverage analytics tools to track the performance of your content, identify trends, and optimize strategies to achieve higher engagement rates.
Constantly stay on top of algorithm changes and platform updates, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize visibility and reach.

4. Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns specific to Instagram and Telegram to promote new listings, trading competitions, product launches, and other significant events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign messaging and objectives with overall marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of your efforts and provide insights for future campaigns.

5. Risk Management and Compliance:

Stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines concerning cryptocurrency advertising and ensure compliance in all social media activities.
Mitigate any potential risks associated with phishing attempts, scams, or fraudulent activities on social media platforms, promptly reporting and taking necessary actions to protect our community.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Telegram, preferably within the crypto or financial industry.
Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and a passion for the industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinking and ability to strategize content that resonates with the target audience.
Proficiency in utilizing social media management and analytics tools.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
