Job Description:

we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust BI infrastructure, ensuring optimal data management, and providing insightful reports to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Infrastructure Design and Management:

Design and implement scalable and secure data infrastructure to support business intelligence and data analytics.
Evaluate and select appropriate data storage solutions, including ClickHouse and other potential future data warehouse technologies.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all data storage and processing systems.
Manage and optimize MySQL databases to support operational needs and data analysis.

DevOps Integration:

Implement DevOps best practices to streamline data workflows, automate data pipelines, and improve deployment processes.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems and applications.
Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless updates and deployments.

Business Intelligence and Reporting:

Develop and maintain BI tools and dashboards using Apache Superset and other relevant technologies.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor and optimize the performance of data infrastructure and BI systems.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing and reporting workflows.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data infrastructure.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar senior role.
Strong expertise in data infrastructure design, including relational databases (MySQL) and data warehouses (ClickHouse or similar).
Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
Experience with BI tools and platforms, particularly Apache Superset.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and scripting languages.
Familiarity with various data storage solutions and the ability to adapt to new technologies as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry.
Knowledge of big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
