We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at OMPFinex, a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform. If you are passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and designing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, we want you on our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, ensuring that they not only meet but exceed user expectations in terms of functionality, usability, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Create high-quality wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Ensure the consistency of design elements and experiences across all platforms web and mobile .
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the best design practices are implemented.

Qualifications:

+3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools Figma.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Experience working in agile development teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and lead design initiatives while mentoring junior designers.
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
