شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Product team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a staff product designer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design processes, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify user pain points and design opportunities.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
  • Conduct user research (usability testing, surveys, interviews) and apply findings to the design process.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, driving innovation across the team.

 Requirements:

  • +6 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring design teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
