A graphic designer in Okala is a professional who uses artistic abilities to help communicate ideas visually for their company and clients. It is the role of a graphic designer to use colors, text, images, and symbols to assist with their company’s design process and make communications easier to understand for all audiences.

Responsibilities:

Ensure creative briefs for high-level business projects are interpreted and acted upon effectively
ensuring brand consistency across all of the team’s work
Mastering the principles of aesthetics, color, and typography
Having proper knowledge of marketing and branding
understanding users and how they will interact with the design, focusing on conversion best practices, and prioritizing results over personal preferences.
Creating new ideas and furthering creative thinking where possible
Prioritize and manage multiple projects by adhering to critical project timelines
Actively follow global retail trends and be proactive in contributing fresh ideas that will delight consumers
Develop concepts by hand and software, and execute original content
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Deep knowledge of Graphic Design Software, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Work with copywriters and campaign managers to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Planning and implementing effective design solutions for a wide variety of digital formats, including web graphics, layout, and compositions, landing pages, social media ads, responsive interactive assets,
Review websites for quality and design consistency
Assist with planning creative marketing brief
Maintain knowledge of current marketing trends and digital design best practices Other duties as assigned
brand standards and alignment with marketing strategies·

Requirement:

Be able to work and collaborate with other designers and teams
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Communicate and collaborate with other team members throughout projects
Complete mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator, and Familiarity with motion and 3d soft wares such as Aftereffect and cinema4d
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
