شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an ICT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems and network within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will manage the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership, foresight, and senior-level ICT advice and information to meet needs and guide strategic and operational to successfully achieve day-to-day results.
Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures through evaluation of organization outcomes, identify problems, evaluate trends, and anticipate requirements.
Initiate, design, develop, coordinate, and implement ICT strategy, operational plans, systems, tools, policies, and procedures across all levels of the organization.
Establish and enforce ICT service standards and maintain quality service. Ensure the efficient, secure, and effective operation and performance of ICT infrastructure and equipment.
Preserve assets, data & cyber security and control structures and conduct regular system, network, and data audits to identify improvements.
Ensure that an adequate plan for maintenance, disaster recovery, and business continuity is maintained and effectively implemented.
Ensure site documentation is maintained and updated.
Manage ICT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring and appraising their performance.
Manage and report on allocation of ICT budget, forecast financial requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective action.
Coordinate, supervise, and manage contractors, vendors, and consultants in projects relating to ICT.

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience as an IT/ICT supervisor or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data center management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
Ability to manage personnel
BS in Computer Science, MIS, or similar field
