شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer with a specialization in User Acquisition to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving user growth through digital channels, optimizing
campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement user acquisition strategies to drive high-quality traffic to our digital platforms.
Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure positive ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently across channels to achieve user acquisition targets.
A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are always cutting-edge.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 years or more experience in digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition.
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, and attribution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
