شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

·        Team Monitoring Supervisor: Reviewing performance, scheduling shifts, and daily management.

·        Leadership and Motivation: Supporting the team in a busy and sensitive environment.

·        Monitoring KPIs: Including delivery time, optimal fleet usage, and customer satisfaction, and implementing necessary actions.

·        Building Relationships with Business Partners: Conducting regular meetings with logistics partners.

·        Data Analysis: Improving processes, solving challenges, and identifying opportunities.

Competencies

·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SQL.

·        Leadership Experience: Background in team leadership.

·        Ability to Work Under Pressure: Skills in solving logistical challenges.

·        Excellent Communication Skills.

Requirements

·        Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering or management).

·        Work Experience: Experience in logistics companies.
