Responsibilities:
Cooperating closely with hiring managers to recognize their needs.
Following A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer reference-check, negotiation, and onboarding
Conducting HR Interviews
Monitoring Talent Acquisition KPI's and suggesting for improving funnel.
Presenting weekly, and monthly reports of the hiring process.
Requirements:
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent interpersonal skills
