Our mission at Okala company is to create a unique experience of online shopping for supermarket products for all people throughout Iran and this is only achievable with the help of our Product team. Now we are looking for new teammates in the field of product management to participate and accompany in cooperation with other team members in the development of software products.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and interact closely with product stakeholders to obtain requirements, identify and solve problems, and deliver new value.
- Developing product strategy according to the needs of customers and stakeholders
- Identify, define, and analyze product performance indicators, Customer Impact Metrics, and Customer Personas
- Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team to find and develop the best solutions to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Drafting, updating, and ensuring the team moves along the product roadmap
- Product backlog management, iteration planning, user story description, and development, data analysis, and effect analysis
- Researching and searching for the latest market events and identifying new opportunities
Requirements:
- Mastery of software development processes
- Mastery of formulating product strategy and preparing product roadmap
- Mastery of compiling and managing the product backlog
- Mastery of agile methodologies and related tools (Jira, Confluence, ...)
- Experienced in designing and implementing operational processes
- T-SQL knowledge is a necessity
- Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Ability to work collaboratively, strong public relations, and experience in stakeholder management
- Preferably familiar with product design concepts
- Preferably familiar with customer data analysis tools (Google Analytics, ...)
