شرح موقعیت شغلی

 


Responsibilities: 


  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network devices such as routers, and switches.
  • Install and upgrade network device components and software, and integrate automation processes
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Responsible for capacity, demand planning, and network performance
  • Responsible for Troubleshoot and resolving network issues
Requirements:


  • CCNA R/W is required
  • MTCNA or MTCRE are required
  • 2 years working in the IT field
  • Knowledge of network and service security solutions
  • In-depth understanding of Routing and Switching Protocols
  • Fluency in network documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • TeamWork ability and Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify network issues and implement appropriate solutions
