شرح موقعیت شغلی

Manage and optimize the Sales operations to meet or exceed company objectives.
Monitor and analyze metrics such as delivery time, order accuracy, vendor aquisition and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Coordinate with other departments such as sales & commercial and operatio and customer service to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues.
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance vendor experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
At least 4 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food delivery, Q-commerce, or E-commerce industry.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain and sales management.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management (e.g., ERP systems, route optimization software).
Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to food delivery operations.
Budgeting and financial management skills.
