We seek a talented Marketing Insight Analyst to join our dynamic team at Ofood, an innovative online food delivery platform. As a Marketing Insight Analyst, you will be crucial in developing, designing, and maintaining dashboard visualizations and server-side products to communicate complex data insights effectively to various stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, propose system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive and visually appealing visualizations to present key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to identify areas for process improvement, propose system modifications, and develop data governance policies.
ETL Processes: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL processes to enhance the organization's data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Database Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries and existing database systems to improve performance and functionality.
Team Participation: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share insights, and communicate technical results to non-technical colleagues effectively.
Skills and Competencies:
SQL and Python Proficiency: Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented SQL and Python code.
Database Expertise: Strong understanding of relational databases with experience in database query performance tuning.
Data Visualization: Skilled in data visualization and dashboard development using tools like Power BI or similar platforms.
ETL Knowledge: Practical knowledge of ETL design and implementation to support data warehousing needs.
Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with members from diverse backgrounds and technical expertise.
Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role, with exposure to dashboard development, ETL processes, and server-side product maintenance.
Passion for Learning: The demonstrated passion for technical work and a commitment to continual learning to stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
