We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join Tapsi Food team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and developing Tapsi Food’s social media strategies. You will also collaborate with influencers and advertising agencies to enhance our outreach and engagement.
If you have 1 to 3 year experience in social media and are seeking an opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment, we eagerly await your application.

Responsibilities:

Managing monthly content calendar and administering content on all social media platforms to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
Follow up with agencies or influencers and monitor the quality of their performance
Optimize social media accounts and administer comments and direct messages
Identify, build, and nurture relationships within the social channel community
Monitoring voice of customer or audience on all social media platforms
Preparing Periodic reports using social media reporting tools and analyzing data
Managing and overseeing giveaways

Requirements :

Ability to use social media for increasing impressions and brand awareness
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including: Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Telegram
Understanding of social media KPIs and metrics and can use the information to ensure the social media strategy is achieving its goals
To have an in-depth understanding of the many social media platforms and be comfortable navigating each of them
knowledge of and experience with tools and software that uses for reporting
Ability to wear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities, and analyze data
Excellent research skills
Copy writing knowledge

کاربران ما در هر زمانی از روز که بخواهند، می‌توانند وارد سایت یا اپ تپسی‌فود شوند، رستوران‌ها و سایر فروشگاه‌های اطراف را ببینند، غذای دلخواهشان را از آن‌ها آنلاین سفارش دهند و به‌موقع تحویل بگیرند.
فروشگاه‌های همکارمان نیز با دریافت کارمزد منصفانه و تسویه‌حساب سریع، یک همکاری بُردـبُرد خواهند داشت.
