شرح موقعیت شغلی

Area Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple delivery zones within designated areas. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient delivery processes, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of delivery staff.
  • Manage and optimize the delivery operations within assigned areas to meet or exceed company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery metrics such as delivery time, order accuracy, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise delivery staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain and customer service to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. 
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food delivery, Q-commerce, or E-commerce industry. 

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management (e.g., ERP systems, route optimization software).
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to food delivery operations.
  • Budgeting and financial management skills.
