شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented e-CRM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing CRM strategies, managing customer segmentation, conducting rigorous testing, providing detailed reports, and collaborating effectively within a team. This role requires proficiency in Python programming, MS Office, SQL, strong time and workload management skills, and a data-driven, analytical mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute CRM strategies and initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and user profiling to tailor CRM campaigns and communications effectively.
  • Design and implement rigorous AB and multivariate testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Provide detailed and timely reports on CRM campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely and proactively with cross-functional teams on CRM topics, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-CRM management, preferably in the online food delivery or e-commerce industry.
  • Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and automation tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced data querying skills using SQL.
  • Demonstrated time and workload management ability, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail in executing tasks and maintaining records.
  • Self-driven and proactive in learning new tools and technologies to enhance job performance.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Webengage...
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in CRM optimization.
